What forms the agreement

The agreed Project Scope, any written changes and the related invoice set out the service, price, dates, revisions and special conditions for a project. Project-specific written scope takes priority.

Payment and the start gate

Unless the Project Scope says otherwise, payment is due upfront. PromoPulse does not start work, reserve a delivery slot, publish content or release final files until payment has cleared and the required information and assets have been received.

Scope, revisions and approval

Only the deliverables written into the Project Scope are included. Extra formats, new campaign directions, further revisions, urgent work and additional deliverables need a written quote and agreement before work begins. A revision is a reasonable adjustment to agreed work, not a new brief. Approval must be in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate prices, service details, offer terms, dates, opening hours, assets and an approval contact. Clients are responsible for checking factual claims, prices, dates, availability, terms, spelling and contact details before approving material for use.

Results and third-party costs

PromoPulse does not guarantee sales, bookings, leads, reach, engagement, followers, revenue, profit or return on investment. Advertising spend, printing, platform fees, stock imagery, music licences, photography, video and other third-party costs are excluded unless specifically agreed in writing.

Access and personal data

Use role-based account access or an account invitation where possible. Do not send passwords in plain text. Do not send customer lists, booking exports or special-category personal data unless this has been discussed and the correct data arrangements are in place.
